A: 1-7 working day(s) is our standard production time. This will depend on the size of your order, orders in our system and exclude public holidays, acts of god or shutdown due pandemics. Please email your needs to our sales team. PLEASE NOTE transport times from us to you are not included in the delivery time

A: If you have paid then we would of already printed which means we expend a fair amount of money on design, correspondence, set up fees, testing etc So if you change your mind and cancel all amounts advanced will be forfeited and we may have to ask you to pay the balance owed also. if we are late on the order we will consider offering a refund, depending on the circumstance and if its made wrong we will offer a replacement
A: Send through an email with details of what you want, color(s), logos,images, (design concepts) and any other information that is important to you and we will quote you and then if you are happy with the quote and want to proceed, we will organise a design
